Exciting Opportunity for researchers in Applied Mathematics!
Join us for the SIAM Chapters meeting for Young Researchers in Applied Mathematics and Scientific Computing, taking place on ๐๏ธ January 29-30, 2026, at ๐Politecnico di Milano (MOX Laboratory, Dipartimento di Matematica).
This event offers an excellent opportunity to foster scientific interaction among young researchers in applied mathematics, numerical analysis, scientific computing, and statistical learning.
The program will include keynote lectures by senior researchers, invited and contributed talks by young scientists (PhD students and PostDocs), and a poster session complemented by flash talks!
The meeting is jointly organised by the Italian SIAM Chapters: Politecnico di Milano (PoliMi), Scuola Internazionale Superiore degli Studi Avanzati (SISSA), Universitร di Genova (UniGe), Universitร di Pavia – IMATI (UniPV-IMATI), and Universitร di Pisa – Scuola Normale Superiore (UniPi-SNS).
Submissions and participation are warmly encouraged from researchers across all Italian universities and research centres.
