In these times, as our society faces several social, political, and economic challenges, particular emphasis is being placed on the ‘roles and responsibilities’ of higher education institutions. In this context, the Societal Outreach group extends MOX’s missions of teaching, research, and knowledge transfer to include initiatives in public engagement, meant to share ideas, spark curiosity, or connect with society, alongside more structured initiatives aimed at skill development, applied work, or capacity building.
