Abstract:
The MOX Laboratory (Department of Mathematics, Politecnico di Milano) hosted approximately 100 students from the Applied Mathematics and Physics programme at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) as part of their Student Excursion programme. The visit included institutional presentations, an introduction to the ENHANCE Alliance, hands-on laboratory activities based on the MOOC Computational Science & Computational Learning with Python and MATLAB, and scientific talks by MOX researchers. The initiative fostered international academic exchange, offering students an engaging learning experience and insight into applied mathematics research and education at Politecnico di Milano.
