Abstract
Development of tools for geometry reconstruction from medical data, mathematical models for biochemical transport and mechanical and bio-chemical interactions with vessel walls, efficient numerical methods for Navier-Stokes solution for three dimensional (3D) problems in deforming domains, mathematical and numerical models for non-Newtonian fluids, and carrying out of benchmark tests on specific test cases of clinical interest
